Meguiar’s Quik Car Scratch Eraser Kit erases fine scratches and removes paint blemishes quickly and with minimal effort. This car care kit includes Meguiar’s proprietary 4″ Scratch Eraser drill-mounted pad, a 4 oz bottle of Meguiar’s ScratchX and a premium microfiber towel. Meguiar’s ScratchX is a car scratch remover that uses exclusive super micro-abrasive technology to effortlessly remove blemishes from your car. The car scratch removal pad uses the power of your drill to quickly erase light scratches, scuffs and paint transfer. After mounting the pad on your drill, shake the ScratchX car scratch repair well and apply a small amount to the pad in an X pattern. Place the pad flat on the scratch and use medium speed to make four to six overlapping passes. Repeat as needed until the defect is not noticeable. Remove excess ScratchX from the Scratch Eraser Pad into a clean, damp towel several times, then polish the affected area with four to six light, overlapping passes. Remove remaining residue with the microfiber towel. Be sure to follow with a car wax like Meguiar’s Ultimate Quik Wax or Meguiar’s Ultimate Liquid Wax to protect and beautify the newly corrected area, along with the rest of your car. Not for use on matte or satin finishes.
